We are capable of all types of tooling, fabrication & general engineering including machining, grinding, drilling & turning of all types of materials from aluminium to hardened tool steels. We have wire cutting facilities with our state of the art Sodick 535 AWT Wirecutting Machine. We have spark erosion capabilities with our Microcut 60 Amp EDM Spark Eroder. We can also cater for a large variety of projects with our Quantum S1500D CNC Machining Center. Our plastic moulding facilities allow us to mould up to 220 ton & our press shop consists of a 60 Ton Auto Press with feeder, 30 Ton high speed variable press with uncoiler & straightener, 30 Ton press & a 25 Ton press.

We have a broad range of software to suit all kinds of designing/drafting needs including basic 2D wire frame layouts to solid 3D models. File extensions we operate with include .SAT .DXF .DWG .IGES .STP .X_T .STL plus many more.
