BARTCO was established in Victoria in 1995, and quickly became the leading manufacturer of portable, LED-based Visual Messaging Systems in Australia.

With an ISO9001 accredited manufacturing facility in Dandenong, Victoria, BARTCO delivers the latest technology built to meet Australian standards and environmental requirements with consistently high quality and industry-leading delivery times.

As a leading Australian innovator, BARTCO has led the industry in many aspects achieving key milestones in the design and manufacturing of visual information systems:

•Invented the solar powered colour Visual Messaging System (VMS);

•Introduced the leading Cloud-based control platform, WebStudio and an associated Smartphone App (CurbSite) for sign control and

•Developed the world's first, Electronic Fire Danger Rating Sign (EFDRS) to the Country Fire Authority in Victoria, awarded the Product Design Award at the 2013 Fire Awareness Awards.

•Won the contract to supply the 2012 London Olympic Games with 177 portable Visual Messaging Systems - manufactured, deployed and managed with 100% success.
