Freight People

About

Freight People has been around for almost 30 years and was one of the first companies to instigate the transport broker role.

The core operation is business to business transport, mainly servicing manufacturing companies to distribute their products around Australia. We become an extended arm of the customers, improving both freight service delivery and competitive pricing.

Our services include:

*Beginning to end freight management systems from booking a pick up, trace and trace, customer service, accounts and reporting

*Personalised and qualified staff who work closely with clients

*Competitive rates

*Customer Service team ready to chase any missing consignments

*Invoice checking capabilities that produce one accurate, consolidated and informative invoice

*Monthly Freight Reporting including KPI's

We are a blend of a solid transport background with depth of experience and a new business development outlook. That is obviously why we are keen to promote ourselves on Startlocal!
