United Scanning Services can locate services underground using the latest Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) technology. Commonly located items are copper and Optic Fibre cables, gas lines, sewer lines, water lines and vacant conduit and piping.

We also have the equipment to pothole the located services to verify by sight their location. Everything we locate we mark on site and can provide a site report detailing our findings.

We can also locate services in concrete slabs, as well as determine where reinforcement (reo) bars and PT cables are laid, as well as the cover, thickness, and layout of the reinforcement bars or mesh.
