Hardwicks is an Australian, family-owned company, started in 1973 by Gary and Vicki Hardwick with an aim to provide a premium quality product with sincere and satisfying service. In 1979 the business was relocated to Kyneton in central Victoria.

Gary Hardwick is a prominent figure within the meat industry and makes a strong contribution through many organisations. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Australian Meat Processsor Corporation (AMPC) of Australia, which represents meat retailers and processors nationally.
