Family owned and operated, Raidis Estate is Coonawarra's new "kid" in wine. The Raidis' have lived and worked in the community for the past forty years. They have a hands on

approach to wine production and are actively involved in all stages of the process. To achieve superior quality wines their vines are hand pruned and low yielding.

At age three Chris Raidis left rural Greece for South Australia. He dreamed of growing his own vines and producing premium wine, just as his father and grandfather had done in Greece.

This passion for creating wine was also passed on to Steven, Chris' youngest son. Many long hours and hard work have gone into producing wine the family can be proud of.

Raidis Estate cellar door is situated on the northern edge of Penola, in the heart of the Coonawarra region and within walking distance of the town centre. Drop in and catch

up with Chris or Steven for a tasting, and you might even meet Billy the goat who was the inspiration for the original Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Raidis Estate wines have been created for you to enjoy with good food and good friends.
