The Mental Health Association NSW is a registered charity and non-profit organization. It provides a free telephone information service and resource center, conducts mental health promotion (including Mental Health Week NSW), provides support and self help groups for people with anxiety and mood disorders, conducts seminars for teachers and parents of primary school children and advocates on mental health and mental illness issues.
