60 & Better Program: Sunshine

The 60 and Better Program supports older people to develop and manage healthy ageing programs in their own communities using community development principles and practices. The program has a number of goals focused on increasing older people�s awareness of healthy lifestyle options, decreasing social isolation and improving linkages and information exchange with other health services.
