Rosaleigh Palmer - Owner/Manager & Migration Agent (MARN: 0319159)

Rosaleigh is the Owner and Manager of iQ Australia (iQA), establishing the business in 2003 after working with international students for nearly 10 years. Registered as a Migration Agent in June 2003, Rosaleigh has an extensive knowledge of immigration issues and is the Principal Migration Consultant.

Candice Muggleton - Migration Paralegel/Migration Agent Trainee

Candice commenced employment with iQA in August 2007, bringing many years of experience as a Law Clerk with her. Candice is a qualified Justice of the Peace (JP) and uses this qualification regularly in her work with iQA assisting clients to certify copies of documents and witness statutory declarations. In 2009, Candice completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice through the Australian National University. Candice will soon apply to become registered as a Migration Agent and continue her work with iQA once she is registered.

Juliana Nunes de Andrade - Migration Paralegal/Accounts

Juliana also became a member of the iQA team in August 2007. Originally from Brazil, Juliana finds Australia to be �o Brasil que deu certo�, an enlightened version of Brazil. For Juliana, the similarity in climate and the eagerness of the people for a good time add to the attraction of living in Queensland.

In 2001, Juliana took over the reigns of the family business, which at the time employed 40 people. She ran the business for 4 years, where at the sale of the business she was able to pursue her dreams to travel overseas & to study and immerse herself in the culture of another country.

Juliana completed a Bachelor of Business at James Cook University in January 2009, and is now employed full-time with iQA. She is currently studying to become a qualified Education Agent. Julianana is an enthusiastic, eager and proud member of the iQA team.

Marie Ga-Young Park (Administration Assistant)

Marie left her life in South Korea in 2004 to move to Australia as a High School student. After completing High School in 2006, Marie was accepted into James Cook University to study toward a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.

Marie commenced work with iQA in 2007 and continues to work part-time whilst studying full-time. Marie provides excellent assistance to our many clients, in particular our many Korean clients.

Moving to another country as an international student with only basic English language skills, Marie understands the difficulties faced by international students. To her credit, she excelled in her study and has become a valuable part of the iQA team.
