Dan Marchetti

About

Dan Marchetti obtained his Bachelor of Urban Planning in 1991. Since then Dan has acquired extensive experience in obtaining development approvals in South Australia and Queensland for a range of residential, commercial and industrial developments, on behalf of a broad client base. Dan has also worked with, and represented several local and state government agencies (including Brisbane City & Gold Coast City Councils) in assessing and advising on a range of large scale development proposals. In addition, he has provided expert testimony on numerous occassions in the planning courts.
