Jeffrey Planning and Mapping (JPM) is an independent consultancy specialising in urban and regional planning, GIS mapping and spatial scenario modelling. Its Director, Scott Jeffrey, has over 12 years experience in the GIS and town planning industries in State Government (Landgate and the Department of Planning) and a large international multidisciplinary private consultancy company.

Through this varied and comprehensive experience, JPM can provide a range of planning, mapping and scenario modelling services, including: strategic land use planning, structure planning, multi criteria analysis, Scheme Amendments, development applications, Detailed Area Plans, general site and context mapping, land constraint mapping, statutory town planning scheme mapping, land suitability analysis, site selection and evaluation, development proposal analysis, and spatial planning scenario comparison.

JPM understands the wide variety of constraints and opportunities that affect land use planning and development within the metropolitan region, as well as regional WA. These can include environmental constraints and legislation, servicing requirements, heritage constraints, transport considerations as well as existing statutory planning requirements.
