A new generation of medical-grade radiofrequency and IPL systems is now available on the Australian market.

The anticipated Avaldé intense Pulse light has seen cosmetic practitioners in Melbourne and Sydney upgrading their existing equipment with the latest cosmetic technology from Europe into their centres.

These additions to the market are all listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.

"Avaldé products are right up there as world leaders of radiofrequency and pulsed light machines for professional operators," says dermatologist and accredited IPL and laser technician Dr Michael Keisler.

The Avaldé range, distributed in Australia by MCT (Medical and Cosmetic Technology), includes the Mobile and Command platforms.

The Avaldé Mobile is a portable IPL system that uses skin contact cooling in the machine and its handpiece, as does the Command RF system for facial treatments.

All Avaldé machines have a skin contact cooling system, ensuring handpieces remain at a cool and even temperature during treatments. This means there is greater comfort and predictability for clients.

The Avaldé Mobile is portable enough to transport from salon to salon but still has the power to achieve great treatment results, while the Avaldé Command solely uses bipolar radiofrequency which effectively tightens skin to improve wrinkles and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
