Your ceremony is the most important part of your wedding day � let�s face it, no Ceremony, no Wedding! It can be very relaxed or very formal, offbeat or traditional, but most importantly it must reflect your wishes, your needs and personalities � your love for each other. Your ceremony is where your promises are made to each other in front of your family and friends. You are declaring your love and commitment to each other and your legal contract is completed. This is your chance to publicly shout out that you love each other and want to spend the remainder of your lives together!

On completion of your ceremony you will both be required to sign the Marriage Certificates and Register, along with your witnesses and myself as your Marriage Celebrant.

Together we will create a ceremony that flows smoothly, is personal, legal, and maintains your guest�s interest. It will be well designed and structured.

 Introduction � incorporating the couple�s views on their marriage and the outcome of the ceremony.

 Who is included in the Bridal party.

 Monitum from the Marriage Act (compulsory).

 �Giving away� of the Bride or �Giving of Blessing� to marriage.

 Reading and/or prayer.

 The Asking and Vows (compulsory).

 Ring Ceremony.

 Personal Vows (optional).

 Inclusion of ritual (optional)

 Declaration of Marriage (compulsory)

 Signing of Register and Certificates

 Presentation of Marriage Certificate and both of you as a married Couple.

 Then go PARTY!!!

Whilst there are compulsory parts of the ceremony, together we can tailor your requirements to incorporate your cultural and traditional needs, and if you want, your sense of humour. Please bring along to our meeting any favourite poetry and/or readings you might like included in your ceremony � or if you want, I can suggest a passage from my library of readings. Maybe you would like something a bit offbeat � let�s make it fun!
