Although Uniform Me began over 15 years ago under the family name, we still retain the same values and commitment to honest, reliable, and quality production as we always have. Embroidery provides a professional and classy way to present your organisation's logo. With this technique, your logo is stitched directly onto garments via different colour threads using a computerised embroidery machine. Your logo will need to be "digitised", resulting in the machine receiving instructions on where to stitch and what colours to use. This method works great for small or large orders and as it doesn't use inks. Therefore, you never have to worry about your logo fading or washing out. In terms of suitability, embroidery works best on business shirts, polo shirts (golf shirts), headwear and jackets. Embroidery looks great when combined with screen printing. With this option, embroidery is usually used on the front in the upper chest area to one side, with screen printing on the back. Screen printing offers a vibrant and louder way to present your company. Screen printing takes your logo and reproduces it via multi colours inks through the application of mesh screens to the garment. The logo is separated into different colours for each screen, after which your garment is put through a drying process. This ensures the ink does not wear or wash out. This method is typically used in medium to large sized orders ranging from fifteen garments (of the same design) or more. Screen printing works great with a range of apparel including cotton tees, hoodies, aprons and more. This method also looks impressive when placed largely on the back of apparel items.
