About a year and a half ago I was looking for ways to control my drinking. I stumbled across this book and it absolutely changed my life.

I still can't believe how amazing I feel now and truly think if people just read this book they will free themselves from the alcohol trap too.

The idea to create this web service came when I was thinking of my few friends who have an alcohol problem. I didn't feel I could just give them this book and say 'read it, it changed my live' as a lot of people tent to live in denial and may feel if I was judging them rather than trying to help. It's like everybody knows that he or she has a problem but no one says anything.

So I decided to send this book anonymously to my friends and see If it would change their lives too.
