About

As with most things in life, on the odd occasion something may not go according to plan on a service. This is why we guarantee to return to make it right, free of charge to you of course. Rather then just offering a discount and moving past it, and therefore leaving you to redo some of the cleaning tasks, your cleaner returns to the job to ensure our usual 5-star experience is delivered. Additionally, a fundamental belief for us since we Day 1 has to been to look after our cleaners, as we know happy cleaners equals happy customers. So far this has allowed us to partner with the best local cleaners due to the 5 star experience they get when they become one of our cleaning partners.
