We have been established since 1997 and today we have grown to 5 stores throughout Brisbane 3 of which we have been franchised and 2 that is company owned. We are always looking at opportunities to increase our market share and will be opening more of our stores in the near future and centralising our head office.

Our services will be associated with shoe repairs, key cutting, engraving, bag repairs, sharpening, and the sale of shoe care needs and giftware. We will strategically align ourselves with industry related associations as well as other businesses and sporting clubs within the communities that revolve around us.

Heel & sole man will train their staff to the highest level establishing new industry benchmarks both in workmanship and service. Our outlets will be clean, organised and attractive to our environment. Each outlet will offer competitive prices and extremely efficient service provided by polite, friendly people. We will offer incentives to our staff both personal & financial.

Our products will be of the highest quality and range so they will suit all budgets. Our customer�s ages and ethnic groups will vary from mid teens to the most life experienced retirees. Their economic classes will vary from students, trades people, sales driven middle and senior managers to some of the wealthiest people in our communities.
