Open Door Theatre Company

About

Open Door Theatre Company is a Sheffield-based company, committed to producing forward-looking, innovative and imaginative theatre. The Company has its roots in the successful Acting for Adults teaching programme, which began in 1999. This programme of classes was designed to provide drama skills to adults interested in acting, but who have not had the benefit of any formal training. Whilst everyone should have the opportunity to express themselves through the medium of Theatre, like most things in life, acting requires practice and dedication before the audience will hang on your every word.
