The Conference Images team prides itself in offering a ‘hands on’ total management service, enabling the client to focus on the day to day running of their own business. Established in 1994 as a Conference Management team, we have grown and developed to become a highly respected company. Although Conference Images manages all size groups, we have extensive experience in coordinating groups of 350 upward. All great events have a point of difference. Conference Images can orchestrate the correct people to enhance your event ranging from Master of Ceremonies to Entertainers, Business Session Facilitators & Keynote Speakers. Our knowledge in the Hospitality and Tourism industry gives us the edge in organising functions on both a National and International level. The Conference Images team has a unique advantage of having a background in the hospitality industry, being employed in positions from the ground up, such as food & beverage, event coordinators, guest relations, duty managers, hotel reservations, cost control, accounts and hotel reception. Our experience in these positions allow us to step into a "make it happen hands on roll" being able to work outside the standard venue format and understand how the back of house operations work.
