Spiral of Light is a healing centre located in Central Canberra. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for people to be supported in a

non-judgmental way to give them the opportunity to transform and grow. Allowing people to shine by healing with a loving heart integrates the mind, body and spirit on all levels.

Ailments that people experience are often created through their thoughts and feelings. We use a variety of techniques to help you find the root cause of problems that have manifested in your life. Often when you understand the underlying cause of an issue in your life, healing can take place and you are able to move forward. We believe in making you responsible for your own health and well-being and aim to empower you to create the life you desire.

At the Spiral of Light, you can be supported on many different levels and the focus is always on your journey and what you want out of the session. Radical transformations can take place when you believe in the opportunity of the unlimited potential of the human mind, body and spirit.

We are continually updating the techniques and processes we use with clients to adapt to the ever changing world in which we live in. We use and teach grounding, shielding and protection to help you feel safe and supported in our sessions and your life. We also use breathing techniques with our clients to assist them in connecting with a higher sense of well being and awareness.

Sacred geometry is used to heal the body, mind and spirit through geometric shapes. In some forms of science the whole universe is made of sacred geometric shapes and each shape has a different role in its makeup. Using the shapes to heal your body is much like using the universe to heal it and therefore, we believe that using shapes is one of the most powerful ways to heal the body and Earth. Each shape creates a different feeling in the body and connects with a unique universal energy.

We teach courses around Australia relating to spirituality and a wide range of healing modalities. All of the courses are experiential as we believe in giving you as many tools as possible. You are encouraged to take personal responsibility for your growth so that you can feel empowered by the steps you take to improve your overall health and well-being.
