Ingetje Tadros Photography

Photographer Ingetje Tadros was born in the Netherlands in 1959. At the tender age of seventeen, she left her tiny hometown to travel the planet. She laughs, "I never put my camera down." For Ingetje, as has been the case for so many individuals, travel opened her eyes to the immense beauty and at times overwhelming needs of an astonishing world.

In particular, she became passionately interested in tribal photography. Her travels have now taken her to more than forty-five countries, but it is the poor north African nation of Ethiopia that she features in the first published collection of her work "Tribal Ethiopia".
