"A picture framer is someone who looks at the world through someone else's eyes. It may be through the eyes of another time, or another philosophy, or a combination of both, but rarely is it the world he sees himself - the art of the picture framer is to extend and interpret." NEVILLE CRAWFORD Excerpt from lecture given at the Australian Picture Framers Association, 5th Annual convention, 1987
