Essential Beauty have been in business since 1990 and have been franchising since the year 2000. We have a slow, steady and sensible approach to expansion whereby we work closely with franchisees to help guarantee success. As a result, we have developed a chain of 60 stores that are trading well with many multi-site operators. This has occurred because of careful management and extensive training. We would be called an SME (small to medium sized enterprise), yet many of our behaviours are similar to companies that are much larger than ours.
