Hi, my name is Katherine and I am a nationally registered Career Development Specialist (Professional Member of CDAA) and Counsellor (Level 2 Member of ACA) and I have been helping clients with their career quests since 2003; in my first private practice was called HR Aspect (it operated between 2003-2009) which evolved into Blu Ripples in 2009 at the completion of my counselling qualifications.

Since 2009, I have helped a diverse client base, from all cultures and walks of life, with career, workplace and personal concerns and challenges.

At present, my key focus is on Career Counselling and Development, although I do offer Personal Counselling Services to clients who seek to identify and explore personal concerns, challenges and triggers that maybe consciously or subconsciously be impacting their career.

My Career Counselling and Development clients have included: -

With regards to personal and workplace counselling I have worked with children as young as four years through to retirees for a range of issues; and have also contracted my services to a large EAP Service provider for a couple of years.
