> Isn't it about time a recruitment firm was worth more than the fees they charge?

Fruition Recruitment is a boutique permanent recruitment consultancy bringing top talent to businesses in the heart of Victoria. Supporting clients across Greater Geelong, the Surf Coast and regional Victoria, Fruition operate with a unique fee structure that is lower than their competitors, fixed and quoted upfront, and personalised to the specific needs of each client.

Fruition are renowned for going above and beyond. Above the CV and beyond the job specification. We bring our clients together with more long-term and culturally suited pools of talent from which to draw, and we are connected with candidates our competitors aren’t. As an owner managed recruitment business, Fruition is a progressive consultancy but without the distractions and demands of a larger firm. This means we are flexible and free to focus solely on our clients, candidates and community and we even cap the number of vacancies we work on at any one time so our clients can be assured our full attention and expertise.
