It could be because of illness, holiday, external full time training, business trip, sudden departure. This service is ideally suited for overseas based organisations who may have an Australian need which requires senior management attention for example; manage an Australian client relationship; resolve a local product warranty or spare part issue; assist with tender/sale negotiation with an Australian client; etc.

Technical Projects - from time to time, most businesses in every industry will encounter a project which requires an individual and/or organisation to manage and deliver a successful outcome. This could be anything from a very simple but frustrating task of developing and completing a technical brochure or case study to a much more complex project involving the development of the specification, the tender documents, and project management of the purchase and installation and commissioning of the system. It could also be a complex office/workshop re-location. NLogic has the experience, technical background, knowledge and processes to assist with these frustrating projects and allow you and your team to focus on the core activity of your business. NLogic will also develop customised training packages to suit your people and their specific role and responsibilities - examples of this include technical sales product training, project management, etc.

We understand your business and your specific requirements and then utilise our innovative Integral Plus 17 step program to search, evaluate and recruit the best fit for the role. NLogic also offers a customised coaching and mentoring service known as IntrAcc - the objective is to accelerate the learning and continue to improve the individual(s) productivity whilst improving retention of this valuable resource. Customised training is a key service provided by NLogic. We believe it is important that each training is customised to suit the level of individual(s) and the specific role and responsibilities. We will not provide a "one size fits all" training package.
