My Clinic aims to provide a personalised service tailored to the client's needs. I work collaboratively with all my clients, and it is from that basis that I tailor programs of counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy specifically designed to guide each client's growth and healing.

Educationally I worked in nursing for many years, so am quite familiar with the medical model. I later completed a B.A. Psychology, a M. Human Services, plus a PhD. I possess a Diploma of Counselling and a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy. My professional registrations are M.A.C.A., M.A.H.A., and M.I.I.C.T.

I always strive to offer a warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere so important in supporting the necessary feelings of nurturing and safety needed by my clients as they embrace life changes and cast off unwanted habits and beliefs.
