Abacus Associates commenced operation in 2005 as a Bookkeeping firm run by a qualified Accountant – Ian Prescott. Ian completed his B.Bus.(Acc/Fin) at Charles Sturt University, holds membership status of the Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA), holds a Tax Agent Registration Certificate, is a member of the National Tax and Accountants Association (NTAA), and is a professional partner of MYOB. He holds a public practice certificate and has had over 15 years experience in the Accounting / Bookkeeping industry. Software used includes MYOB and Quickbooks for Bookkeeping and SAGE HandiTax and HandiLedger for Accounting.
