Our aim is to provide value for money services for your accounting, taxation, and other business needs. As advisors we also provide unique added value solutions to ensure we work alongside you to help you achieve your business and personal goals. We are not just accountants.

We have a different view on how services should be provided to clients. This is how we are Different.

Provide Awesome Timely Service

Services are provided on a timely basis to enable you to receive all you require when you need them - not when it is convenient for us to give it to you. Generally, your financial statements and tax returns will be prepared within 60 days assuming all information has been made available.

In fact we are so confident about this that if we do not provide services by the date agreed, we will do it for FREE!

Fixed Fees

We have fixed fees so that you know exactly what our services will cost you. Most accountants charge on an hourly basis. This has never made sense to us. If you think about it, hourly rates work against you because the longer the accountant takes to do your work the more money he makes - at your expense.

If you prefer, we also provide Value Based Fees. This means there is one fee for the whole year and we will do everything you need plus everything else that happens over the year. If you need six meetings in a year you get them. If you need specific research done then this is included.

Telephone Calls To Us Are Free

We do not charge you if you call us to talk to us on the phone. We do this because we want you to call us so that we know what is happening in your business and to advise you correctly.

Evening and Weekend Appointments

We understand that you may be busy during the day and are more than willing to meet you in the evenings or the weekends for no extra charge.

Service Commitment

We have a service commitment which states that if you are unhappy with our work our can pay what you feel is appropriate. See Our Commitment to You.

In fact we have a drinks menu so that you can choose whatever you like - from coffee to beer or even a whiskey.
