Our directors insist on day to day dealings with clients. We also nurture and train other less experienced team members who show promise, ethics and knowledge and subscribe to this same doctrine. It has worked well over the years and will not change without good reason.

Ask most executives today about IT, upgrades, staying ahead, changes, cost of new equipment and software and you'll get a barrage of complaints. Whilst we aren't happy with the increase in annual 'staying ahead of the pack' IT costs, we certainly condone the benefits. Since our inception we have consistently upgraded our equipment, network structure, the software, and the people who run it... which is pretty well all of us. Our internet and remote access skills are honed nowadays, as are the latest ATO and Government electronic options, which saves time and money for all our clients.
