Mr Marcel Victor Sahade has been practising as a barrister since 1995. From his Chambers in Sydney, Australia, Marcel Victor Sahade practices in criminal law, commercial and equity law, land and environment law, building and construction law and appellate advocacy. Marcel Victor Sahade is an active member of the New South Wales Bar Association, a voluntary association of practicing barristers that aims to promote fair and honourable practice amongst barristers and to suppress, discourage and prevent malpractice and professional misconduct. In addition, Marcel Victor Sahade joins 20 other barristers-at-law as a member of Sydney-based Trust Chambers. Complementing the talents of Marcel Victor Sahade, members of the Trust Chambers possess legal expertise in a wide range of fields including in taxation and common law, insurance law and appeals, industrial and employment law and numerous other areas.
