Your Friend in the Property Market

Advocate Property understands that purchasing real estate can be a stressful and time consuming process.

That is why having a team of professional and experienced buyers agents work for you, not the seller, can help.

Advocate Property aims to make your property acquisition experience an enjoyable one. Most importantly, as skilled negotiators and researchers we can also save you thousands of dollars.

How We Work

As Buyers Agents we go through a briefing process to determine our clients requirements, budget and timing so that we can confidently search for the right property.

We personally inspect properties to analyse and evaluate their merits for our clients needs including review of the area sales history.
