I'm pleased to announce that in addition to running MBSR courses and mindfulness training I’m now able to offer holistic counselling and psychotherapy services.

I'm currently completing a two year Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy program with the PACFA accredited Metavision Institute, and part of my training involves completing 40 hours of work with clients.

As a therapist in training, I'll be offering counselling and psychotherapy services at $45 per hour and will have discounted options depending on your circumstances. All counselling and psychotherapy that I offer is under the close supervision and support of Metavision.

Services will be provided from a comfortable office space at 452 Swift St in Albury and I'll be available there on Thursdays and Fridays and also via Skype or phone at other times.

The other benefit of having the space in Albury is that I'm available to do individual mindfulness work with people. Rates for mindfulness work are $80 per hour.

The name Being in Action refers to the dynamic between the stillness of being and the immediacy of action. My interest is in helping you to fully live the life you have. There is nothing wrong wanting to improve your circumstances and to set and achieve goals (and part of my role is to help you to do this) but if we spend too much time wishing things were better or different, we can miss out on the life we have right now. In fully living the life you have right now, you might find that you're living the life you always wanted.
