Lander & Co was established by David Lander in 1990.

We are a small firm which means that you will receive personal service.

We are passionate about fearlessly representing the individual against the might of government and bureaucratic entities. We understand that being the little guy can be intimidating and assist you to navigate the complex legal system.

You will not hear about us on the radio, television or on the side of a bus; we prefer to let our work speak for itself and typically obtain new clients from referrals. We keep our overheads low and do not need to recoup money on expensive advertising or a fancy office to impress clients which you will see reflected in your fees.

We take our ethical duty to act in our client's best interests very seriously, so we cannot promise you that we will tell you what you want to hear but we will give you an honest appraisal of your prospects as we see them. We consider your full circumstances and if we think that your interests would be better served by not taking legal action, we will tell you.
