We are conveniently situated in Auburn and comprise two Solicitors and a registered conveyancer.

A solicitor or Justice of the Peace is in attendance every day for witnessing documents. Our office is open during normal office hours but after hours appointments can be made if required.

We deal with all aspects of conveyancing matters including, transfers of land, first home applications, mortgages, leases, plans of divisions and private contracts.

Should your spouse have recently become deceased, we can assist in the transfer of the jointly owned land into your sole name as well as handling the probate application.

For new home owners, we can assist in the preparation of new wills.

We can also prepare Powers of Attorney and Powers of Guardianship.
