Sargeants Conveyancing is Victoria's largest (and quite possibly oldest) network of property transfer specialists, and Sargeants Hawthorn, a family business, aims to treat each client as part of the family.

Our passion is to help 'our family of clients' buy and sell property with as little fuss as possible.

We like to think we do this be 'being there' for our clients as much as possible.

We can have a chat on the phone 7 days a week (but not 24 hours a day as we all need some zzzz's sometime), and when needed, we will drop in to your place for a visit.

Our family secret, and we don't often like to mention it, is that the Sargeants family has a solicitor in-house. Most of the time we keep them behind closed doors where they do what they do best - review the documents, but sometimes we do let them out for some fresh air, and so if you come across one just be polite...they don't bite.

And so, you might ask what else we do for our family.

We provide no obligation, cost free Section 32 reviews for those family members wanting to get into the market, or add to their portfolio.

We give our sellers a no sale, no fee document service for the preparation of the Section 32's and Contracts of sale.

Family rates apply on everything with competitive fixed costs and no silly charges for phones calls, emails, faxes, copying or anything else.

We also don't make anyone pay up front, and of course, there is always the opportunity to introduce new family to our cousins, friends and acquaintances who can help with such tedious things as loans, tax advice, wills and power of attorney's, pre-purchase inspections, cleaning, and the list goes on and on and on.

And while you contemplate over what we said we should point out that we are professionally insured against civil liability, are a member of “The Conveyancing Society of Australia Inc.” and are fully licenced (Craig Hemer, Licence No. 000860L).
