Action Conveyancing was established in 1990, with the purpose of providing a more personalised conveyancing service than that typically found among traditional conveyancing providers.

Action Conveyancing was founded by its present owner and director, Janine Santella. Her team have, between them, combined experience of over 40 years in property settlements, handling the transaction of both land and built property.

Action Conveyancing offers its clients a one-on-one, personalised service, giving them a sole point of contact for all aspects of the transaction. Action Conveyancing is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, and pays careful attention to its codes of practice. Janine Santella has a Certificate of Settlement Agency Procedures and Advanced Certificate of Business Real Estate demonstrating her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and contract law.
