About

HISTORIA DOCUMENTARIES went to Provence in the south of France to produce six hours of a television series. Now on six DVDs, they describe an unparalleled heritage in a remarkable society.

Provence is that sunny, southern section of France, bordering the Mediterranean Sea. It is different from the rest of France. Its history is unique, its society is bizarre, its people warm and friendly. We show you how and why.
