In recent times MinStaff Survey has expanded our range of specialist services to cater for the growing demand of surveying services in the building and construction industries.

Minstaff Survey has grown and diversified our range of services to provide Town Planning, Engineering, Cadastral and Consulting Surveying services to clients throughout the growing region of South-East Queensland.

This division of MinStaff Survey has been extremely successful through attaining experienced, high quality staff and utilizing state of the art surveying equipment on all projects. This creates a more efficient service at a more cost effective rate to our clients.

Management

Michael Koschel - Surveying Manager

Michael Koschel was employed by Minstaff Survey in early 2008 as the Surveying Manager responsible for the management of all surveying services undertaken in Toowoomba & the Darling Downs.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Technology (Surveying) & Spatial Science (Surveying) from the University of Southern Queensland.

Prior to joining Minstaff Survey Michael worked at Ian Rosenberger Surveys as the Head Surveyor and was primarily involved with the management of cadastral and engineering projects and developments throughout South East Queensland.

Project Management and Town Planning

Our Project Managers have several years experience in the Development Industry. We are able to take on your project from inception through to completion. From initial site investigations , assessing the feasibility and project constraints, Planning Applications, Liaising with Consultants, Councils and Regulatory Bodies, Planning Approval Process and Further Information Requests, Construction and As Constructed Surveys, through to plan sealing ensuring a successful outcome for your project.

Our team is experienced in preparing Development Applications for small scale two (2) lot subdivisions, Multiple Dwelling Units (Duplexes to High Rise), through to larger scale subdivisions with 50 to 300 plus lots.

Our Mobile Surveying Teams mean that we can provide our professional services from the Bush to the Beach in South East Queensland.
