Hayter & Co. has strong links to the Fremantle area where its Principal, Mike Hayter, practiced under the name of M.J. Hayter & Co. for 18 years. The change of name to Hayter & Co. became effective as from July 1, 2004.

Our aim is to resolve disputes in a timely, simple and cost-effective manner. The nature of our firm means that you will be able to deal directly with the lawyer handling your matter at any time.
