Levy Repair

About

Levy Repair is a service for owners or investors who are looking for a better return on their strata investments. Our change assistance service is for strata plans with less than 20 lots, and buildings over 5 years old. We work closely with your Body Corporate to provide well researched viewpoints on property expenses, and how to make sure you are paying the right amount!

The main areas Levy Repair currently caters to are the St George and Sutherland Shire regions- but we are always willing to broaden our services.

You should choose Levy Repair as we operate on two main business principles:

1. The amount that we charge will never exceed the amount of money that we can save your property. Our business is designed with our clients benefit in mind.

2. We only charge you if we are able to save you money. If we cannot find a saving for your property, you wont pay a cent.

You only stand to benefit from emailing or calling Levy Repair, so check in with us today!
