Eve Property Group are tenant representatives who assist businesses on a whole range of property related matters. We help source suitable sites and negotiate the best commercial terms beneficial to tenants. We provide services for industrial, retail, commercial leases including specialising in franchise leasing. Our services include portfolio management, lease renewals, rent reviews, outgoings analysis, make good negotiations. Eve Property Group and we work with businesses to ensure that suitable sites are sourced and commercial lease terms negotiated that are beneficial to tenants. We have worked with other organisations such as Toll, Australia Post LPO, Endota and F45. We can also provide portfolio management services along with advice on a whole range of property related matters, lease renewals, rent reviews and market rent assessments, outgoings analysis and negotiation of make goods. We don't think it's fair that commercial tenants should be left exposed and in a submissive position simply for the want of independent advice. So we level the playing field.
