Rental Boutique

About

Rental Boutique is a property management company with a difference. As the principal of the business, Amanda is solely responsible for the management of your property and aims to provide a very high standard of customer service with a personal touch. She is always available to discuss any issues her clients may have or simply have a coffee and a chat.

While working in the industry Amanda came across many clients who were frustrated with the continual turnover of staff looking after their investments. She decided to set up her own company so that she could offer her clients the longevity and personalised service they desired.

Rental Boutique offers a flat management fee of 7% + gst with no further hidden costs. All advertising and administrations cost are included in the management fee.

Amanda would love to have the opportunity to have a chat with you and tell you more about what Rental Boutique can offer you.
