� Monthly statements forwarded to you electronically or as required

� Monthly or fortnightly direct deposits to your account

� Liaise with you on rental market conditions. General market reports

As accredited Real Estate Agents our services extend to acquiring investment properties for our clients and selling when they no longer take full advantage of tax savings etc.

We take on the full responsibility for the property from letting, Insurance & Insurance claims, management, maintenance and policing of tenant activities and compliance with lease conditions.
