Whether you are Building a new home or a commercial property or buying an existing property our services cover a wide range of inspections from stage inspections including slab and groundwork's, brickwork complete, roof complete, practical completion and defects liability.

Our pre-purchase inspections can either be comprehensive which includes a full building and pest inspection or just structural and pest inspection.

We also have special inspections for one off items like asbestos and damp ingress.

We also have a comprehensive dilapidation inspection for those people who are having a building constructed within the vicinity of their property.

Make sure before committing to an inspection company to carry out an inspection for you that you ask these questions

1. Are they a Registered Building Practitioner who are registered with the Government of Western Australia Department of Commerce Building Commission?

2. Have they worked within the building industry as both a tradesman and Supervisor/Manager?

3. What is their practical experience?

4. Have they got both their Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances?

5. Can they give you a sample report prior to agreeing to an inspection?

The above questions may be daunting to ask for some people but they are important to make sure you are getting an inspector who has the professional know how to spot the defects and offer a report which is in keeping with the Australian Standard AS4349.1- 2007 and the Building Codes of Australia.
