I attend meetings and prepare the minutes on my laptop. All of my documents are prepared electronically and you will receive your finished minutes within 24 hours of the meeting.

I prefer to attend meetings in person rather than through a telephone conference. It means that I am able to accurately capture the nature and points of your business meetings. Please contact me if your business is outside Metropolitan Melbourne as I am happy to travel to you.

I believe that minutes should be prepared on the same day of a meeting. This is the only way to ensure that the meeting is accurately captured in the minutes. My fast turn around means that your minutes can be signed off in a timely manner.
