Southcoast Security Service, established in 1980, is a well known locally owned business, based in Albany, on the South Coast of Western Australia. Albany is a fast growing regional centre supporting a rich agricultural and primary industry based hinterland and a healthy tourist industry.

Southcoast Security Service has over 50 trained and licensed Security Officers and Crowd Controllers working within the Company which, with a regular fortnightly payroll of 25 is the largest regular security employer in and around Albany. Southcoast Security Service is suitably licensed and insured to use security officers for Night Patrol, Alarm Response, Static Guards and Client Assistance as well as firearm endorsed officers for Cash Escorts, Business banking, ATM services and Armed Static Guards. Our officers, also Crowd Control trained and licensed are available for events and functions to assist with venue access, patron behaviour, parking and to assist with the requirements of 'Responsible Service of Alcohol' legislation.

Southcoast Security Service is a progressive, growing business offering a range of specialized security services developed in conjunction with our customers requirements to provide the most efficient and reliable service available. Southcoast Security has established a coverage area encompassing a 300km radius from Albany although travel to more remote locations is possible when required. Southcoast security Service regularly covers such centres as Denmark, Walpole, Mt Barker, Cranbrook, Kojonup, Katanning, Gnowangerup, Narrogin, Lake Grace and Jerramungup.

STATIC GUARDS:

Southcoast Security Service draws from an abundant pool of experienced officers for the provision of static guards to a variety of situations. Static Guards are routinely provided for:

- Site Security

- Access and Egress Control (including vehicle and bag checks)

- Gatehouse duties

- Loss Prevention

- Mining, Construction & Heavy Industrial sites

- Emergency response roles (Paramedic & Fire Suppression)

MOBILE PATROLS:

Southcoast Security Service operates an extensive network of mobile patrols for the effective completion of a variety of scheduled and random tasks. Highly trained and professional officers can provide services including:

- Complete security inspections of industrial, commercial and residential properties

- Respond to intruder, smoke and duress alarms

- Provide staff escorts

- Complete premise closures

- Collect or deliver funds

- Check and document operation of critical infrastructure

- Provide after hours services to the accommodation industry

Southcoast Security Service utilizes best industry practice for the operation of our patrols. Vehicles are fully equipped with lighting, secure storage, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, vehicle mounted cameras, GPS and communications.

CASH MANAGEMENT:

Southcoast Security Service provides an array of cash management services to minimise client risk, improve operational efficiency and effectively handle bulk monies. Services range from daily business banking and change collection through to armed 'Cash in Transit' and ATM replenishments.

CROWD CONTROL:

Crowd Controllers are available to assist with any type of function, gathering or entertainment event. Duties can include:

- Screening of entry IAW guest lists, invites, proof of age etc

- Monitoring of patron behaviour

- Assist with passage of information

- Monitor Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations
