Southern Strata Management Pty Ltd

About

Southern Strata Management was founded by Gareth Craig, Dean Eades & Kerry Craig due to a common passion for excellence in service and to fulfil long term goals as business owners. We aim to grow our business alongside our clients never loosing sight of the importance of clear communication and sound advice all while thoroughly enjoying what we do.

Our extensive knowledge and ability to build long standing relationships are the foundation of our success to date. This attitude is the difference when dealing with complex strata issues where often a positive outcome for all parties seems unachievable.

We are committed and dedicated to ensuring that each and every building receives a personalised service designed to meet their specific needs.

We have extensive experience in the management of Strata and Community Schemes as well as Building Management Committees and Company Title schemes.

The three business owners, each with over 20 years experience, will be personally involved in the management of your scheme so you can be assured of consistency and continuity of management.

We strive towards providing our clients with outstanding service.
