Michael Pittam is the Body Corporate Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Logan), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Queensland.

Prior to working as a Body Corporate Manager, Michael has been self- employed for 14 years operating his own businesses, including property management and business SME sales. Additionally, he operated and owned a successful Management Rights business in Brisbane, comprising 60 units for 4 years and sold in 2006, to focus on business sales.

His experience includes working as a Certified Accountant professional in the property and investment industries for more than 25 years. His experience has given him a good understanding of financial management and client service to use in strata management.
