We understand that valuations are requested for many different reasons with confidentiality and discretion essential to the process. We are experts in providing divorce settlement valuations for the family Law Court or mediation, related party valuations such as family splitting the share of the property and can provide business with a market rent reviews and lease advice should there be a dispute with the tenant.

Joseph Agnello is a fellow of the Australian property Institute (API) and serve the industry at both state and local levels. Education valuers has been his passion and throughout his career he is trained in excess of 20 trainee valuers, sat on the professional interview board for admittance to the API and a ex-chair of the National Education Board and traveled Australia visiting universities to ensure the correct delivery of valuation education to new students.
